2020/21 Christmas/New Year's Notice

Store & Supplier Close Times
We will be closed from Monday December 21 until Sunday Jan 10, 2021 INCLUSIVE.

Items ordered during this time will be shipped on reopening on Monday Jan 11. We will respond to email enquiries etc on return as well.

The online store will be open for orders leading up to and during this time.  We cannot make any promises regarding pre-Christmas deliveries and the issues around COVID-19 are still affecting delivery times.. The timeframes below for delivery give an indication as to delivery times - and during such busy times you may wish to leave extra time.

As a guide the following are an indication (only) of ideal cut off times to receive shipments before Christmas - NOTE: These aren't delivery guarantees only guides, by purchasing you understand and acknowledge these terms and even if purchased prior to these dates your order may arrive after Christmas.

Orders over $100 are DELIVERED FREE

Orders under $100 - $9.95

Your order will be processed as soon as it is received and dispatched as soon as possible. 

Dispatch is usually within 24 hrs of you placing the order and no longer than 48hrs.

Roughly when will your delivery arrive? 

Sydney: 3-4 business days 
Melbourne: 3-4 business days 
Brisbane: 3-4 business days 
Adelaide: 4-5 business days 
Hobart: 5-6 business days 
Perth: 5-6 business days 
Darwin: 5-7 business days 
Country areas: up to 10 business days 
If there are any issues with your order we will always contact you as soon as possible.

You may receive your order in split shipments
All Beezer products are shipped from within Australia from Authorised Channels.

The majority of orders are tracked and we will provide those codes to you where they are provided to us. 

We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery especially at Christmas time.

We try to warn of the above timeframes from Australia Post and Courier companies.

* NOTE: We have no control over the shipment of these items. All we can do is refer you to the above indicative times. Once they have left us they are the responsibility of the respective courier companies - and follow their policies for whether a package can be left if no one is home, and whether you'll have to pay for a missed delivery or go to a nearby centre for collection.
