Refunds & Returns Policy



As an Australian Retailer you are protected by Australian Consumer Law and as such all products sold to you by must be fit for sale. 

You are guaranteed that the goods you buy from

  1. are of acceptable quality
  2. match the description, sample or demonstration model you were shown
  3. are fit for their intended purpose
  4. will have express warranties honoured.
You will be entitled to a refund should any product not meet these standards.
In the case of a refund we may direct you to send the goods directly to the manufacturer or distributor for speedier service.
You are responsible for returning the product and associated costs.
Always contact Beezer first before returning a product.
NOTE: Please note that refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received back to us or to the supplier directed.

Unavailable Products:

If products are unavailable you will be offered an immediate refund in full of your purchase. This is done on a "as soon as possible" basis by Beezer, though please understand that the actual refund may take 24hrs - 72hrs to process depending on which financial institutions are involved.


Change of Mind.

If you change your mind you have 7 days from delivery to return the product to Beezer. *

We will refund the sub-total of your order if all below conditions are met. (not including delivery charges)

Here is the fine print:

  • Product MUST be un-opened and fit for re-sale. It must be returned in it's original packaging.
  • Cost of delivery back to Beezer will be at your expense.
  • In the case of replacement for a similar or different item - once the initial item has been returned the replacement will be sent, shipping for the replacement item will be invoiced to the buyer.
  • If the package is damaged when returned, we will reserve the right to not accept the return and will deliver the package back to you immediately.
  • Should the product be returned and after inspection by Beezer Staff it is deemed that the product does not meet the above conditions, Beezer reserves the right not to refund. In this instance we will email you to discuss.
  • NOTE: Items over $500 are not eligible for a change of mind return or refund - except where Australian Comsumer Law Applies (above).

Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to dispatch.
Cancelled orders will be refunded in full to your credit card within 24 hours.
